So many people think being planted based and gluten free sounds impossible. In reality its much easier than you think. Thinking of ditching the animal products? Your body might thank you. When I found out I was gluten intolerant 10 years ago, I was lost at first. I ate all the wrong things just because it didn’t have gluten in it. French Fries was my go to. When I quickly realized that wasn’t making me feel better I started to go back to my roots. Fruits and veggies, Just cant go wrong with the basic healthy eats. Plant based came some years down the road and I haven’t looked back! I was suffering from PCOS, endometriosis, and constant bloating. So I knew I had to try something else. I came across the series of books by the Medical Median and it was life changing. You would be surprised everything I learned was against every diet or fad I had ever tried. Just by drinking 16 oz of celery juice every morning & Living off lots of fruits and veggies. Side note eating too much fruit wont make you fat. This plant based lifestyle has been a game changer and I wouldn’t go back. Always open to chat more on this topic.
